14-day money-back guarantee. If JobGo isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back. No forms, no runaround.
How to ask
Email adhyansh273@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you bought with (or include your license key or order number). You don't need to give a reason, though we'd love to hear what didn't work.
What happens next
- We confirm and process the refund through Dodo Payments, to your original payment method. Banks usually take a few business days to show it.
- Your license key is disabled and the AI service stops working for it shortly afterwards.
After 14 days
We don't offer refunds after 14 days except where the law requires it. If something is broken and we can't fix it, contact us anyway and we'll do what's fair.
Charge problems
If you see a charge you don't recognise, email us first. We'll sort it out quickly.
