Lead Information: Email addresses submitted via our website for install link delivery

Browser Access: During task execution, ARIA can see and interact with any webpage you visit, including pages where you are logged in. Page content is processed by AI models to complete your tasks and is not permanently stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your account and manage your subscription
To track usage for billing (free tier limits and paid subscriptions)

Data Storage

Local Storage: Chat history, preferences, and session data are stored locally in your browser
Cloud Storage: Account data, usage metrics, and subscription information stored securely on Supabase (encrypted at rest)
Email Service: Email addresses processed through Resend for transactional email delivery
No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell your personal data to third parties

AI Processing

When you use ARIA, your requests and browser page content are processed by AI models (Google Gemini and others). This data:

Is sent securely via HTTPS to AI provider APIs
May include screenshots, page text, and DOM structure of active web pages
Is not permanently stored by us after processing
Is subject to the respective AI provider's privacy policies and data handling practices

Browser Permissions Explained

Storage: Save your preferences, chat history, and authentication state locally
Tabs: Open, close, and navigate web pages during task execution
Scripting: Interact with web page elements (click buttons, fill forms, read content)
ActiveTab: Access current page content for AI analysis and task completion
Debugger: Advanced DOM inspection for accurate element identification and interaction
SidePanel: Display the ARIA chat interface alongside your browsing

Data Sharing

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

AI Providers: Page content and task instructions sent to AI model providers for processing
Payment Processors: Payment information shared with our payment provider (Dodo Payments) for subscription billing
Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Local browser data is retained until you clear it or uninstall the extension. You can request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us.
