1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using ARIA ("the Extension", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use ARIA.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ARIA. By using our Service, you represent that you are of legal age.

2. Description of Service

ARIA is an AI-powered Chrome browser extension that can autonomously control and interact with web pages on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to:

Navigating to websites and web applications
Clicking buttons, links, and interactive elements
Filling out forms and text fields
Reading and extracting information from web pages
Taking screenshots of your browser for AI analysis
Executing multi-step workflows across multiple websites
Managing tabs, scrolling, and other browser interactions

⚠️ Important: ARIA operates with significant access to your browser. It can see page content, interact with websites as if it were you, and perform actions on websites where you are logged in. You are responsible for supervising ARIA's actions and ensuring they are appropriate.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Supervision

You are solely responsible for:

Reviewing and supervising ARIA's actions during task execution
Stopping ARIA if it performs unintended or unwanted actions
Ensuring tasks you assign comply with applicable laws and website terms of service
Any consequences resulting from actions ARIA performs on your behalf

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use ARIA for:

Any illegal activities or actions that violate applicable laws
Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data you do not own
Spam, harassment, or sending unsolicited bulk messages
Scraping or data collection that violates website terms of service
Creating, distributing, or engaging with harmful, abusive, or explicit content
Circumventing security measures, CAPTCHAs, or rate limits on any website
Financial fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
Any activity that could damage, overload, or impair any website or service
Violating the intellectual property rights of any third party

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. ARIA acts on websites where you are logged in — ensure you are comfortable with the level of access this provides.

4. Browser Access & Permissions

ARIA requires the following browser permissions to function:

Tabs & Navigation: To open, close, and navigate between web pages
Active Tab & Scripting: To read page content and interact with web elements
Debugger: For advanced DOM inspection and accurate element interaction
Storage: To save your preferences, chat history, and session data locally
Side Panel: To display the ARIA interface alongside your browsing

ARIA can see and interact with any webpage you visit while the extension is active. This includes pages where you are logged in to personal accounts (email, social media, banking, etc.). Always review tasks before execution and monitor ARIA's actions.

5. AI Processing & Limitations

5.1 AI Models

ARIA uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and others) to interpret your requests and determine actions. These models may:

Misinterpret your instructions
Take incorrect or unintended actions
Fail to complete tasks as expected
Produce inaccurate results

5.2 No Guarantees

ARIA is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that:

Tasks will be completed accurately or successfully
The AI will correctly interpret all instructions
The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
Actions taken by ARIA will achieve your intended outcomes

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Free trial tasks are provided upon signup. Additional tasks require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

ARIA controls your browser and can perform real actions on real websites. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Actions ARIA performs on websites (including financial transactions, account modifications, data submissions, or communications sent)
Data loss, account suspension, or other consequences of ARIA's browser interactions
Inaccurate AI interpretations or unintended automated actions
Violations of third-party website terms caused by ARIA's actions
Any financial loss resulting from ARIA's use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARIA, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including any actions performed by ARIA on your behalf.

9. Intellectual Property

ARIA and all related technology, branding, and content are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ARIA at any time, with or without cause. You may uninstall the Extension at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Privacy

Your use of ARIA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ARIA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
